Kindergarten Registration 2021-2022

 

Zane Trace Elementary will conduct kindergarten registration for the 2021-2022 school year beginning April 1. Students MUST be 5 before August 1. 

Please start the process by going to Final Forms, www.FinalForms.com. Click on the parent tab and select Final Forms. Create an account for your child. Fill out and sign off on all the forms. The information will come to us. You will receive a phone call to schedule an appointment to bring in your paperwork. Kindergarten screening is the last week of May. You will also receive an appointment when you come in for this screening. If you do not have access to internet or a device, please call the office at 740.775.1304.

You will need these documents when you come for your appointment:
Birth Certificate
Shot Record
Social Security Card
Proof of Residency
Custody Papers if they Apply
